Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Starting a return

Write to info@marlowehouses.com with your order number and we will confirm the next step.

Orders under $50

We will refund you in full without asking you to send the piece back. Keep it, or pass it on to someone who will wear it.

Orders of $50 and over

The piece needs to reach us before your refund is processed. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. Once it arrives with us, we issue the refund to your original payment method.

Condition

Pieces should come back unworn, with tags attached, in the condition they arrived in.

Timing

Refunds are issued as soon as the return is approved. Your bank may take a few days after that to show it.

Anything damaged or wrong

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to us with a photograph and we will put it right. This sits outside the terms above.
