Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum, no threshold to reach, and no charge added at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 8 to 15 business days from the day you place your order.

That is longer than some stores quote, and we would rather be straight with you about it than promise a date we cannot keep. Pieces are dispatched through our supplier network and regional warehouse, which adds time at the start of the journey.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can sit quiet for a few days mid-transit; this is normal. If it concerns you, write to us and we will look into it.
